Mentoring

Price: £45 per hour

You can book out a minimum of two hours with Lol, 3/4 hours is recommended.

 

Mentoring is tailored specifically to your needs. You can contact us about what you would like to be mentored in and Lol will tailor a plan for YOU. Many qualified lash technicians have come to the academy for half days and learned new skills with Lol! It is absolutely Lols pleasure to share all of her lashing and business skills with you!

Classic Refresh:

Re learn all the basics to lashing by having a refresher on classic eyelash extensions! We will go over isolation, lash placement, retention, adhesive and more!

All The Volume:

Learn different fan making methods, how to wrap around the natural lash, handling lash fans, finding the right tweezers for you, light volume VS mega volume.

Hybrid Lashes:

Learn how to mix lash fans, spikes and classic lashes to create gorgeous hybrid lash sets and add more services to your treatment list! Learn light hybrids, regular hybrids, thick hybrids and wispy strip lash hybrids.

Lash Mapping & Styles:

Offer your clients the WOW factor with the amount of different styles of lashes you can give to them! From a sexy fox eye to glamorous strip lash styles, the potentials are endless! Lol loves adding texture to her lash sets, as well as creating wispy styles which are perfect for those clients who want to stand out! Turn your classic sets into fluffy textured classics, and your regular volume lashes into choppy spiked lashes! Learn to use different curls, thicknesses and lengths to create many different styles.

Lash Lift & Tint:

Refresh on how to get the most gorgeous and perfect lash lift and tints!

Socials & Management:

Learn to use your social media to your advantage for your business! It is so important to understand that your socials can lead you to gain more clients! As well as opportunities to become ambassadors for big beauty companies! 

Understand good management skills to be able to manage your clients and your business as a whole.

Photography/Editing Skills:

Lol is known on Instagram for her crisp clear photos, and has won awards because of how her social media stands out! Learn how to get the perfect photo of your treatment, understand how to use different lighting and angles to get the best out of your camera! Not only this, but gain knowledge to secret editing tips and apps Lol uses to get the highest insights on her pages.
